TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE UNTOUCHED STORE

Ownership: The Online Store available at untouched.shop is operated by Venarte Sp. z o.o., located at ul. Słomiana 24/100, 30-316 Kraków, Poland. NIP: PL 6762706397, REGON: 543192134, KRS: 0001204278.
Scope: These regulations define the rules for using the Store and concluding distance sales agreements for products including ceramics, organic wood, stainless steel, glass, and natural textiles.
Product Standard: All products offered are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and crafted from non-toxic, eco-friendly materials.
Territory: We ship to Poland and all other European Union countries.

Customer: A natural person, legal person, or organizational unit making a purchase.
Consumer: A natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Order: The Customer’s declaration of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement.
Product: Handcrafted and natural goods (wood, glass, steel, ceramics, textiles) available in the Store.

Availability: Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website.
Account: Registration is free and voluntary. You can place an order as a “Guest” without creating an account.
Process: To order, add the selected item to the “Cart”, choose the delivery and payment method, and confirm by clicking “Order and Pay”.
Agreement: The sales contract is concluded once the Store sends an electronic confirmation of the order.

Taxes: All prices include VAT tax and are expressed in EUR or PLN.
EU Business Customers and 0% VAT: If your company is registered for VAT EU, we can issue an invoice with a 0% tax rate under the reverse charge mechanism. Please provide your valid VAT EU number during checkout.

Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers (prepayment), online instant transfers, and credit/debit card payments.
Shipping Costs: Costs are displayed in the “Cart” before the order is finalized.

Timeframe: Orders are processed immediately. Estimated delivery:
- Poland: 1 working day.
- Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Baltics: 3 working days.
- Other EU: 4-5 working days.
Packaging: We use 100% plastic-free, sustainable packaging to ensure your natural essentials arrive safely.

Right to Withdraw: A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
Condition: Returned items must be in their original, “untouched” condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Refunds: We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the return package. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Costs: The buyer covers the cost of return shipping.

Seller Liability: We are liable for physical or legal defects (warranty) for 2 years from the date of delivery.
Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged (e.g., broken ceramics), please record the unboxing as evidence for the insurance claim and contact us within 24 hours.
Processing: We respond to complaints within 14 days.

Newsletter: By subscribing, you agree to receive information about non-toxic living and new arrivals. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Technical Requirements: To use the store, you need a device with internet access, an active e-mail account, and a standard web browser.

Dispute Resolution: Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
Governing Law: In matters not covered by these regulations, Polish law applies, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
