• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Please keep the original plastic-free packaging.

The 7-Day Max Refund Policy

When will I receive my refund?

• Your returned goods will be inspected for their original condition
• You will receive your money back for the products within 7 days maximum.
• Your funds will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exemptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized wooden products.
• Opened candles or intimate items.

Damaged Items

Every package is insured. If your order arrives damaged, please record the unboxing process to help us provide a replacement or refund.
